On January 3, the high-end stone wire-saw cutting machine, assembled by Zhengzhou Jiu Hui New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. for Fujian Shengda Building Materials Group Co., Ltd., was officially put into operation at Shengda Stone’s production workshop following completion of on-site installation and commissioning. As the first batch of blue crystal stone was precisely cut under the high-speed diamond wire, it marked the successful implementation of Zhengzhou Jiu Hui New Materials’ integrated “R&D—production—service” full-industry-chain service model at Shengda Building Materials Group, setting a new benchmark for the intelligent and service-oriented upgrading of the high-end stone-cutting industry.

The “four-roll multi-wire CNC cutting machine” shipped this time is the culmination of years of dedicated research and development by the technical team at Jiu Hui New Materials. The equipment deeply integrates multi-wire cutting technology with a four-roll tension control system, offering a solution specifically “tailored” for high-end stone processing. Compared to traditional cutting methods, this equipment enables highly precise, low-loss cutting of various types of luxury stones and other high-hardness materials, significantly improving yield rates and surface finish quality. At the same time, addressing the challenges associated with ultra-thin slabs and large-format panels, the equipment has undergone specialized optimization, resulting in faster cutting speeds and reduced material waste.
